If inquiry form confirmation notifications are not sending to parents, you'll want to make sure the form includes the Household block and the parent email is set to show.
To add the Household block to the inquiry form, navigate to:
onBoard > Settings > Inquiry Forms
Click Edit Form next to the appropriate form
Drag over the Household block and confirm the Household Parent email is set to Show
