You do not need to roll over School Forms during your Annual Procedures. Any form that is published and active will remain available to recipients even after your Master Rollover.

To check your publish settings for your School Form, a Manager can:
  1. Navigate to the appropriate ON persona (Enrollment Management, Extracurricular, School Website, Academics).
  2. Select Content > School Forms.
  3. To the right of your School Form, click Settings.
  4. Select the General tab.
  5. Set Status: Active.
  6. Select a current date range for your Publish Date Range.
  7. Click Save & Close.
