Unable to edit export definition

When accessing a export definition from Admin//Tools//Export definitions you may find that if you attempt to edit the definition from the options menu that it is "grayed out", you will also notice that if you attempt to make a change such as changing a option in "Set save options" that you will get a error message stating: "this export definition is currently locked by the application"
In some instances your export definition may be in use by the BBIS side of the application and is being used by a email template that has a message that is not sent out yet.  If this is the case you will be unable to edit the export definition until the email is complete.

You can create a copy of the export definition and edit that for another purpose if you would like.
