Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same. We appreciate your patience as we work to update our documentation. If you are seeing this message, the content of this solution is still being vetted for possible updates. Please refer to this mapping document if you need assistance finding a task in the new navigation.
A parent has reported that the grade book grade that appears on their child's progress page does not match the current marking period grade as it appears on their report card.
The parent may be viewing a previous term's grade.
The Progress tab displays the first term by default. Parents can select any or all terms by clicking on the term names. If they select more than one term, then the first term's courses will be listed first, and the next term's courses will be listed below them. The parent can also select specific marking periods within the term, by clicking the small down arrow next to Grades.
