How to report on when Recurring Gift Schedules are supposed to process

You would like to report on all Recurring Gift Schedules that were scheduled to process in a certain date range. 
You must first build a query that pulls in the Recurring Gifts in Question using the steps below:
  1. Click Queries
  2. Click Manage Queries
  3. Select a category that you want to store this query in
  4. Select New Query under the tasks menu
  5. Name the query Recurring Gift Schedules Based on Process Date
  6. Set the Starting criteria to Base/All Constituents
  7. Set the Data Return Type to Journal Entries
  8. Under Criteria Matching select Match Each Criteria
  9. Select Commonly Used Fields from the Available Fields drop down menu and click on Scheduled Recurring Gift Date
  10. Enter the Start and End Dates for the date range you'd like to report on
  11. Click Save and View Queries

You would then be to create the following report and review the information about the recurring gift schedules themselves
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Manage Reports
  3. Select a category that you want to store this report in 
  4. Select New Report under the Task Menu
  5. Name the report Recurring Gift Schedules Based on Process Date
  6. In the Group By drop down menu, select Accounts
  7. In the Group selection drop down menu choose Hide Group Totals
  8. Select Commonly Used Fields from the Browse Fields drop down menu and click on Account Name, Date, and any additional contact fields you would like to include
  9. Select Journal Fields from the Browse Fields drop down menu and click on Amount Received on Recurring Gift Schedule, Next Recurring Gift Amount, Next Recurring Gift Date, Recurring Gift Schedule Note, Recurring Gift Schedule Status, Recurring Gift Schedule Stop Date
  10. Click Save and Run under the Task Menu
  11. Under Query select your category in the top box and your Recurring Gift Schedules Based on Process Date query in the bottom box
  12. At the bottom of the page select a Report Format Option and then click Submit
