To create this list, navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Edit into your List
  4. Under Select Objects, Under the Academic Group Add:
    1. Course Enrollment under User Base
    2. Course Group under User Base
    3. Course Base under User Base
    4. Under Constituent Information add User Register
    5. Un-mark the Inner Join from the Course Enrollment, Course Group and Course Base
  5. Select the Display Fields Tab
  6. Click Select Fields
    1. Expand User Base, then Course Enrollment, Course Group, Course Base
    2. Mark Course Base.Course Title
    3. Click Select
  7. Click the Filters Tab
    • Under Global Filters Click the + to add a line and select Course Enrollment.Begin Date on and enter the Date you Enrolled Students in Courses (ex. 8/8/2016)
    • Under Object Filters Click the + to add a line and select Course Base.Course Title any of (Homeroom classes)
  8. Preview the List
  9. Export the List
  10. Save or Save & Exit
Users will need to manually remove the duplicates for students that show with both a Homeroom and without it.
