To create this list, navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Analysis > Manage Lists
  2. Select the box with the Gear Icon that reads: Manage basic and advanced lists
  3. Click 'Add' at the top left and select 'Create Advanced List'
  4. Under the Select Objects tab, Under the (dark gray) Constituent Information, add the (light gray) object:
    1. User Base
    2. User Register
  5. Under the Select Objects tab, Under the (dark gray) Academic Group, add the (light gray) objects:
    1. Course Enrollment
    2. Course Group
    3. Course Base
    4. Un-mark the Inner Join (check box to the far right) from the Course Enrollment, Course Group and Course Base objects you have added
  6. Select the Display Fields Tab
  7. Click Select Fields
    1. Expand User Base, then Course Enrollment, Course Group, Course Base
    2. Mark Course Base.Course Title
    3. Click Select
  8. Click the Filters Tab
    • Under Global Filters Click the + to add a line and select Course Enrollment.Begin Date on and enter the Date you Enrolled Students in Courses (ex. 8/8/2016)
    • Under Object Filters Click the + to add a line and select Course Base.Course Title any of (Homeroom classes)
  9. Preview the List
  10. Export the List
  11. Save or Save & Exit
Users will need to manually remove the duplicates for students that show with both a Homeroom and without it.
