Error: Phone number does not exist - when importing

Importing constituent phone numbers can lead to the exception "Phone number does not exist." 
Remove hyphens from Import ID, Address Import ID, Phone Address Import ID, and Phone Import ID. Once removed the import should validate completely. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create CSV Import file including the following:
    1. ImportID
    2. AddrImpID
    3. PhoneAddrImpID
    4. PhoneImpID
  2. Log into the Raiser's Edge
  3. Navigate to Admin > Import > Constituent 
  4. Create a new Constituent Import 
  5. Validate file
  6. An exception appears - Phone number does not exist
