In TeamRaiser, when you are setting up your Discounts, if you leave the Discount Code field blank the Discount will be applied automatically.

To set the Discount Code so that it is not automatically applied to all registrations, you can follow these steps:
  1. Go to Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Find and edit your event
  3. Skip forward to step 9. Manage Discounts and click edit next to your discount
  4. Find item 3. Discount Code, and enter a value into the field
  5. Click Save
