When logging into the WebPurchasing or WebInvoicing using the external web address (URL), users may receive the following error message:
The content type text/html of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly.'
This may indicate the WebPurchasing or WebInvoicing service traffic for your domain is being routed to an incorrect server.
