Why is my gift edit report blank?

Sometimes, you may run a gift edit that comes up blank, but you know there are gifts that should be included. 
There are several possibilities as to why your gifts don't show up on the gift edit report:
  1. The gift is on Hold (Hold checkbox is checked).
  2. The gift date is outside the date range chosen on the edit report.
  3. You have chosen a batch on the edit report that doesn't match the batch of the gifts you're trying to select.
  4. You've chosen a gift number range that doesn't match the gifts you're trying to select..
