1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Click the category where you store the template
  4. Click Mass Email below the name of the template
  5. Select either Basic Mass Email or Advanced Mass Email
  6. Select the Category and Query name from the drop down menus
  7. Select your preferences for Grouping, Split/Upgraded Transactions, and Personas
  8. Click Next
  9. Enter the email address and name for the person who should receive replies from this email
  10. Enter the email address that should receive the confirmation when the email blast sends.
  11. If you would like to schedule the email to send at a later date/time, mark the Scheduling checkbox and enter the appropriate date/time (this feature is only available with Advanced Mass Email)
  12. Click Choose File below the Attachments heading
  13. Select the appropriate file from your computer
  14. Click Upload
  15. Repeat steps 12-14 for any additional attachments
  16. Click Next
  17. If you would like to add a Journal Note indicating that you sent an email, mark the checkbox for Tracking-Journal Contact
  18. If you would like to create a query of accounts without email addresses, mark the checkbox for Tracking-Custom Account Query
  19. Click Next
  20. Preview the results of the email
  21. Click Send
