1. Click Queries
  2. Click Manage Queries
  3. Select the category where you'd like to store the query
  4. Under the Tasks Menu, select New Query
  5. Name the query
  6. Set the Starting Query to Base/All Constituents
  7. Set the Data Return Type to Journal Entries
  8. Under Criteria Matching, select Match Each Criteria
  9. Select Journal from the Browse Fields drop down menu and click on Journal Created By
  10. Click the ellipses button to search for and click on the name of a user
  11. If you'd like to search only for entries with a specified date range, select Dates from the Browse Fields drop down menu and click on Journal Created Date
  12. Fill in the date range you'd like to search
  13. Click Save And Preview
