What Is The Process For Clients That Are Departing Blackbaud Hosting Services?

To outline the steps to take to assist clients that are leaving Blackbaud Hosting Services.
The Team Approach Hosted Client Departure Worksheet should be completed and submitted to the Oracle DBA team (RDOI-DBA Oracle).  All departure requests must contain the following information:
 
  • A completed Team Approach Hosted Client Departure Worksheet
  • A ticket or ticket number from the applicable system (TA Support, Clarify, Altiris, et al).
  • A minimum of two weeks lead time. If the request needs to be done more quickly than this, a manager will need to initiate the request and state the reason for why the database needs to be exported so quickly.
