1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Click the category where you store the template
  4. Click the template name
  5. Hover over the text box where you'd like to include the linked email address
  6. Click the pencil icon in the upper-left corner of the text box
  7. Place the cursor in the location where you'd like to include the link
  8. Click the Insert/Edit Link icon (looks like a chain link)
  9. In the URL field, type "mailto:" followed by the email address that you would like to link (the field will read as "mailto:test@test.com")
  10. The Text to Display field will automatically populate with the email address, but you can highlight the email address and type different text into the field if you would prefer
  11. Enter the name of the email address in the Link Name field (this will be used to identify the link on the Delivery Report if you send the email with Advanced Mass Email)
  12. Click Ok
  13. Click Update
  14. Click Save and Finish
