There are a couple of reasons the custom progress meter isn't filling in correctly. These include:
  • The starting image is not the the 0% image (The one that does not have any filling in it yet.)
  • Incorrect correct filler orientation. Your options are Vertical (bottom to top fill) and Horizontal (left to right fill).
To check these possible causes:
  1. Click Constituent360 > Social Media.
  2. Click the Progress Meters tab.
  3. Choose Edit under Actions next to the appropriate progress meter.
  4. Verify the Initial Progress Meter Image has no filler.
  5. Choose the correct orientation from the drop down under the Orientation Option.
