Only some attributes copy onto pledge payment when multiple are originally listed on pledge record

When adding a pledge payment to a constituent, either from Batch or Records, not every attribute will copy from the original pledge record onto the pledge payment.  After clicking Yes to the prompt: This constituent has at least on outstanding pledge. Would you like to apply this gift to a pledge?, all other pledge information loads correctly.  Only one Attribute Category will be saved on the payment if the pledge has multiple of the same attribute categories with different descriptions. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a new Pledge gift
2. On the Attributes tab, add at least two of the same Attribute Category with different Descriptions
3. Save and Close the gift
4. Go to the constituent's record on the Gifts tab
5. Click New Gift
6. When prompted, click Yes to apply to an outstanding pledge
7. Save and close the gift
8. On the Attributes tab, only one of each Attribute Category will be listed
