How to select the budget scenario to be used in WebPortal

WebPortal allows for account budgets to be reviewed before creating request. These budgets will be referring to the period selected for this request and budget scenario selected in Financial Edge Accounts Payable configuration. 
To select or verify the budget scenario selected, follow these steps: 
  1. Log into Financial Edge 
  2. Go to Accounts Payable> Configuration> Business Rules
  3. Select General 
  4. Select the Budget scenario in the drop down "Use this scenario when checking budgets:" 
This scenario will be used when using budget check in WebPortal.
