1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Click the category where you'd like to store the labels
  4. Click New Mailing Labels below the Tasks menu
  5. Enter a name and description for the labels
  6. Click Next
  7. Select your label size from the Layout drop down menu or enter custom dimensions for the labels
  8. Click Next
  9. Highlight the section of text that you would like to change
  10. Select your preferred font from the Font Family drop down menu in the toolbar
  11. Select your preferred font size from the Formats drop down menu in the toolbar
  12. Click Save and Finish
