Link URL clicks are not displaying correctly in the email performance section

When users view the email performance for an email sent in Online Express, sometimes the Link URL clicks do not display correctly.  Each link should display one click for each unique email recipient that has clicked that link in the email, and the overall clicks in the honeycomb graphic should display the number of unique recipients that have clicked at least one link in the email.
This has been resolved.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Online Express > Email Marketing
  2. Select the link to the email you wish to review from the Recently sent messages section
  3. Note the number of clicks for each Link URL do not appear to be consistent with the number of overall clicks
    • For example, the overall clicks display 2 clicks, and the Link URL's all display 0 clicks
