Cannot delete progression entry after deleting all attached records to it

 There are other areas of  Registrar's Office which are contingent on the Student Progression Entry, preventing you from deleting it. Once you have removed all of the attached items, you still are unable to delete the entry. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open Student Record 
2. From the toolbar, select Student > Student Progression. 
3. Highlight the progression entry that should be deleted. 
4. Note that the Delete option on the top of the box is grayed out and cannot be clicked. 
5. Delete all records that may be associated with the progression entry.
6. Open Student Record 
7. From the toolbar, select Student > Student Progression. 
8. Highlight the progression entry that should be deleted. 
9. Note that the Delete option on the top of the box is still grayed out and cannot be clicked.
