- Open the constituent record
- Does the constituent have a primary business listed? If not follow the steps How to add a Primary Business to a constituent record.]
- Once there is a Primary Business listed, click the primary business record.
- Once on the Organizational record, click view as constituent in the upper left hand corner of the screen
- Select Relationships
- Under Employment history click Add
- Select the drop down next to relationship and choose your constituent
- Type in the Job Title listed on the constituent record or what ever you wish to appear on the prospect research report.
- Run the Prospect Research Report and the job title will populate.
