In order for the Event Registration application to process a payment, the person filling out the form must select a field that has a payment associated with it.
If the person filling out the registration form does not select a field with a payment associated with it, the software does not prompt them to input payment information. And, after they submit the form, the registration form submits as Payment Handled.
