Error: The Conversion to Version 7.94 has failed (Update ID 370) - when updating from Raiser's Edge 7.93 to 7.95

User may see the following error message when logging into The Raiser's Edge for the first time after updating from version 7.93 to version 7.95:

The conversion to version 7.94 has failed (Update ID: 370). Please report the following error:
General ODBC Error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CONSTIT_ID', table '[database name].dbo.PHONES'; column does not allow nulls. UPDATE fails.
Native Error: 515
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.

Steps to Duplicate

After updating:

1. Launch the Raiser's Edge application.
2. Enter username and password.
3. Click the right-facing arrow to log in. Error message occurs.
