Error: General ODBC Error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The multi-part identifier "ORECORDS.IS_CONSTITUENT" could not be bound. Native error: 4140-when outputting Address Processing information in a Constituent Query

User may see the following error message when including Address Processing on the Output tab of a Constituent Query:

Error: General ODBC Error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The multi-part identifier "ORECORDS.IS_CONSTITUENT" could not be bound.
Native error: 4140 
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] The cursor was not declared.
Native error: 16945

This error message only occurs if there is Criteria listed on the Criteria tab. If no Criteria is listed on the Criteria tab, the Query will run without error.
We are currently evaluating this issue, and will update this article when we have more information.

Alternative solution is to include the Query in a Constituent Export:

1. Remove Addresses>Address Processing>Send Mail to this Address from the Output tab of the Query.
2. Save and Close the Query.
3. Select Export.
4. Select Export type=Constituent.
5. Select Export Format=Comma Separated Values.
6. Select Include>Selected Records. Search for the Query saved in Step 2, and click Open.
7. Select the Output tab.
8. Select Address>Address Processing>Send Mail to this Address. 
9. On the Address Processing Window, click OK.
10. Click Export Now to view results.

Additional alternative solution is to export the Specific Address field:

1. Open the Query.
2. Select the Output tab.
3. Select Addresses>Preferred Address>Preferred Send Mail to this Address.*
4. Click Run Now to view results.

*Can also select Addresses>Specific Address Types>[Specific Address Type]>[Specific Address Type] Send Mail to this Address.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log in to the Raiser's Edge.
2. Select Query.
3. Click New Query.
4. Select Query type=Constituent.
5. Select Query format=Dynamic.
6. On the Criteria tab, select Constituency>Constituent Code equals Withdrawn Parent.*
7. Select the Output tab.
8. Select Addresses>Address Processing>Send Mail to this Address.**
9. On the Address Processing window, click OK.
10. Select the Results tab. Error message appears.

*Any Input field can be used to produce the error message.
**Any Output field under Address Processing can be used to produce the error message.
