In one case, a client was upgraded from 5.0.16 to 5.0.19. After the upgrade, the following steps, through Citrix, caused one or more of the following errors to occur:
FORM NAVIGATION ERROR
FRM-41092 - No records in block MESSAGE_POP_UP.
E-SY025: FRM 40039: Cannot attach library webutil while opening form AMACCENT
E-SY025: FRM 40039: Cannot attach library webutil while opening form MSACCDIA
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Team Approach via Citrix and enter credentials.
- Close initial screen and navigate to Account Overview, or Account Diary Entry, or Customer Service Entry
- Above errors will be thrown in the order listed. Once the errors start, the error loop continues indefinitely so the application must be killed.
