Email opt outs reappear in Unusable Email list in Online Express

Users may note that email opt outs have reappeared in the Unusable Emails list in Online Express in bulk. These constituents were not sent emails and have already been removed from email lists.
This has been resolved with a product release of Online Express.

Steps to Duplicate

  1.     Log into the Raiser's Edge
  2.     Select Online Express > Email Marketing
  3.     Click Unusable Emails to view last 30 days
  4.     Click to View Record next to any opt out
  5.     Note the email address does not exist on the constituent record
