Resetting your own password:
  1. Navigate to the eTapestry login page
  2. Click the blue Can’t Access Your Account link to the right of the Sign In button

  1. Enter your Login ID and Email Address in the pop up window

  2. Answer your security question

  1. Click Reset Password
  2. The browser will redirect to the eTapestry login page and you will see a warning that your new password has been emailed to you

  1. Navigate to your email
  2. Open the email from eTapestry Automation titled “Your eTapestry password has been reset”
  3. Copy the new password

  2. Enter your Login ID
  3. Paste the new password in the Password field
  4. Click Sign In
The database will prompt you to change the password once you’ve logged in. Enter the password that was emailed to you in the Current Password field and set your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

You can also have an Administrator reset your password in the database. They will first need to log into the database and then follow the steps listed below to reset your password:
  1. Click Management
  2. Below the Admin heading, click All Users
  3. Click User’s name
  4. Enter a new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields
  5. Click Change
You can now log into the database using the password your administrator set. Again, the database will prompt you to reset the password the first time you log into the database. Enter the password that the Administrator set in the Current Password field and set your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
