We're using the Coaching Email Constituent Performance report to track the effectiveness of our TeamRaiser coaching emails. However, there are several rows that have missing data for the constituent (such as constituent ID, name, and email)? Why is this data missing?
The Coaching Email Constituent Performance report will by default list one line per Coaching Email created for the TeamRaiser event(s) you selected for that filter parameters. The first entry will contain the constituent data for the participant that first sent the message. Additional lines will be generated for that Coaching Email, containing the constituent data for each participant that sent this same message.
However, if no constituent sent the Coaching Email, then there will be no constituent data to pull into the columns for that line. You can confirm this by reviewing the Emails Sent column of the report (which will show 0 for lines with no constituent data).
