Program description not showing on web forms

When setting up and testing your Altru web forms you may notice that your web form description does not show online at the appropriate time. If the onsale period is set for 1:00 PM the web form may show online at 2:00 PM
This may be related to the Internet browser or browser cache. View the web page in an incognito or private browsing window.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a scheduled program in Altru
  2. Adjust the onsale period of the program to be at a scheduled time for web forms
  3. At that scheduled time go to the URL of your web forms 
  4. The web form may not be available online until a full hour after it should be
