1. In Administration>> Set up system security, open the group that needs to be modified.
2. On the Group Privileges tab, highlight General Ledger on the left side and then Journal Entry on the right.
3. Click Options on the gray bar.
4. Mark the appropriate options to which you'd like the users to have access.
5. Save and Close.
6. File>> Exit and Sign out and have all members of the user group do the same for the changes to take effect.
