I. Create a Sponsorship batch template: 
  1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over the event and select Bookkeeping
  3. Click Batch Entry System
  4. Click New Batch Template
  5. Enter a Template Name and select the Type: Sponsorships
  6. Click Next
  7. On Step 2: Select the Fields for the Batch, adding any other desired fields
  8. Click Next
  9. If desired, select default values and/or click Finish
II. Enter the sponsors into the newly created sponsors batch template:
  1. From the Batch Entry section, hover over your new sponsor batch template and select Batch Entry.
  2. Select your Batch Entry Method.
    • Click New Key Entry Batch to manually key in multiple sponsor information. 
      1. Use the Search icon in the left to search for an existing Individual in the database, or enter their information manually
      2. Click Save & Validate and/or click Commit
      3. The batch will start to process and progress can be monitored through the Batch Entry
    • Click New .CSV Import Batch to upload multiple sponsors from a .CSV file. If you choose this option, proceed to step 4.
      1. Mark "Check the box if your file contains a row with column header information (the import function will ignore the first row)." or leave unmarked if there is no header information
        • Note: The first row of the csv file should contain column header information. The columns in the file should match the 6 columns listed below and be in the same order.Click Browse... and select the CSV file
      2. Perform Field Mapping if wanted
      3. Click Submit
      4. In the Batch Entry screen, edit any information
        • Note: The first individual on the list for the team will be the Team Captain
      5. Click Save & Validate and/or click Commit
      6. The batch will start to process and progress can be monitored through the Batch Entry
