If you change the number of terms in a school level from, for example, 2 terms to 1 term, you can still perform the rollover for that school level.
  1. Go to Core > Settings >School Information > Years & Terms.
  2. In the school year you wish to rollover to, manually add the same number of terms as the school year you are rolling over from.
  3. Go to Core > System Tools > Master Rollover.
  4. Perform the rollover for that school level excluding all courses in the term(s) you are not using.
  5. Go back to Core > Settings > School Information > Years & Terms and delete the term(s) you are not using from the new school year.
Note: It is always best practice if you are changing your terms to inactivate your current classes and recreate them to the correct length of your new terms.
