When running a General Ledger report, it's possible to set up the report in such a way so that you can view not only regular transactions, but encumbrance transactions as well.
1. Go to Reports 2. Select Account reports 3. Select General Ledger report 4. Open one you have made or create a new one by clicking new at the top 5. Check the box that says " Include encumbrance transactions" 6. Add any additional filters or formatting 7. Preview the report
