Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
 
 If you have the optional RE:Search module, your WealthPoint Indicator results will import as Prospect Ratings:
  1. Save the import file provided by Blackbaud Analytics to the local workstation. If the file has a ZIP extension, unzip the data file.
     
  2. Import the scores using a Prospect Rating Import.  
    • General Tab:
      • What do you want to do? Import new records. Create new table entries
      • What file to you wish to import? Browse to the import file provided by Blackbaud Analytics. When browsing for the file, be sure to set the Files of Type to 'All Files' or 'Text Files (*.txt, *.csv, *.prn)'.  
      • How do you want the system to identify existing constituents? Use the Import ID* 
      • What is the format of this import file? Delimited 
    • File Layout Tab:
      • Field Separators and Text Qualifiers: Comma, Quotation
      • Import Field Names: Field names are on the first line of the import file
      • Sample Import Format: Verify the first few rows of the import file
    • Fields Tab:
      • In the Import Fields frame, verify that all rows in the Field to Import column are correctly mapped to the corresponding field in the Raiser's Edge Field column.
    • Summary Tab:
      • We recommend marking all available checkboxes. At the very least, mark the option to create a control report.

     3.  Click Import Now.

Below is how the score will appear on the Prospect tab under Ratings:

If you do not have the optional RE:Search module, the WealthPoint Indicator results will import as constituent attributes:
  1. Save the import file provided by Blackbaud Analytics to the local workstation. If the file has a ZIP extension, unzip the data file.
  2. Before proceeding with the import, please go to Configuration, Attributes to add a new constituent attribute called CMS WealthPoing Indicator. This attribute should have a data type of table.
  3. Import the data file using a constituent attribute import. Select the following:
    • General Tab:
      • What do you want to do? Import new records
      • What file to you wish to import? Browse to the import file provided by Blackbaud Analytics. When browsing for the file, be sure to set the Files of Type to 'All Files' or 'Text Files (*.txt, *.csv, *.prn)'.  
      • How do you want the system to identify existing constituents? Use the Import ID* 
      • What is the format of this import file? Delimited 
    • File Layout Table
