Error: Error: General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Native Error: 4060 - when using the RE Mobile App

An error can appear when attempting to log into the Raiser's Edge Mobile Application.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps on How to deactivate/reactivate or uninstall the Mobile Service to generate a new system key. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open the RE Mobile app on your mobile device
  2. Enter credentials to log in
  3. Error appears
