If you notice that icons in the left navigation menu are missing:
- Click Tools in the top-most menu.
- Select User Options.
- Click General tab.
- Under Display, mark Show icons in the Raiser's Edge bar
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.

- Hosting user name of user who observed the change
- Name of the application server affected user is connected
