If a changed appearance is observed in your hosted Raiser's Edge, the appearance is only cosmetic -- meaning that functionality is not affected.

If you notice that icons in the left navigation menu are missing:
  1. Click Tools in the top-most menu.
  2. Select User Options.
  3. Click General tab.
  4. Under Display, mark Show icons in the Raiser's Edge bar
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click OK.
