To verify whether the participant is truly registered for the TeamRaiser, follow the steps below.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > select TeamRaiser
  2. Find your TeamRaiser and click Manage
  3. Search for the name of the participant
If you can't find the participant, it is likely that they are not registered, or they are using credentials for a constituent record that is not registered.

If you can find the participant, go to constituents 360 and search for that constituent to see if they may have a duplicate record that is not associated with the TeamRaiser and is the one they are logging in with.
