$0 Recognition Credit added for relationships when import is set to not default recognition

Recognition credits do not default correctly when new constituents are imported into an Enhanced Revenue Batch and this results in $0 Recognition Credits for spousal relationships on Committed Revenue.

When creating a new Enhanced Revenue Batch using the import functionality, CRM users may notice recognition credits do not default correctly for new constituents. The columns in the import file containing the information needed to create a new constituent record are mapped to the CRM fields included in the New Constituent collection field.

We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Ensure there are no default relationship recognition options set up in Revenue>Recognition Settings
  2. Create an import file to import new Constituents, spouses with new Revenue
  3. Create an import process to perform this import
  4. Map the revenue fields in the import process
  5. Map the New/Edit Constituent collection field
  6. Save the import and then run the import process
  7. Open the batch that is created from the Import
  8. Select Recognition on the Revenue tab in the batch
  9. Notice the Spouse has a row with $0 credit.  This is not specified anywhere in the import file and there are no defaults that exist that are driving this.
