You send emails through NetCommunity. There is an Open rate that tracks when a user opens the message. You want to know if there is a certain time frame for when the email open rate will be tracked. For example, if you send an email in January, and the recipient doesn't open it until June, does the open rate still count?
The open rate will track indefinitely, regardless of the email being opened one day or one year or more after the message is sent.
