Adjustment Revenue report not populating results after upgrading to SP8

 After upgrading to Service Pack 8 the client is unable to populate results for the Adjustment Revenue report for non-system admin users. This issue does not occur for System Administrators. 
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Run as a non-sys admin user
2. Go to Revenue
3. Select Adjusted Revenue Report
4. Click View Report
5. Notice that no results populate in the report.
