In order to resolve this issue, please complete the steps in order on the affected machine:
  1. Browse to the \ISSetupPrerequisites\Crystal Reports Support Pack 10 sub-folder within your Deploy folder
  2. Run CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_10.msi file and follow the prompt to install these components
  3. Browse to the \ISSetupPrerequisites\Crystal Reports XI Runtime Components\ sub-folder
  4. Run Crystal Report 11.msi file and follow the prompts to install these components
