My Webform password reset email needs the organization name changed

Some organizations go through legal name changes and this name change needs to be reflected in Altru, or the email may not be showing the correct name. After changing the name in Altru however, the password reset email generated by an Altru Web form may still contain the previous name of the organization in the body of the email. How can I change the organization email in the password reset email?
If you experience this problem, please Chat with Support to provide the exact name you need to be changed so that our Database Administrators can make the name change in the database.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to the Organizations Webform
  2. Click the Register link and Register as a user, using a valid email address.
  3. Sign out.
  4. Click the sign in button.
  5. Click the "Forgot your password?" link
  6. Enter the email address you used previously
  7. Open the email and see that the name of the organization in the body of the email is the organizations old name.
