A database error may occur because the user does not have the appropriate access to the report that has not been set. To set access, navigate to:
  1. Analysis> Select Reports
  2. Select Report Admin at the top
  3. Search for School Forms - Bulk Print
  4. Next to School Forms - Bulk Print, Click User 
  5. Search for and add the person within users by clicking Add to Group >>    
  6. Click Save & Close
