To remove the background for a section of the text:
  1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Select the category where your template is stored
  4. Click the name of the template
  5. Click the text box that you would like to update
  6. Highlight the text
  7. Select the background color drop down menu
  8. Select the box with the white box and the red cross (indicating that there is no background color)
  9. Click Update
  10. Click Save and Finish
To remove the background for the entire document:
  1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Communications
  3. Select the category where your template is stored
  4. Click the name of the template
  5. Click Quick Formatting
  6. Click the color block below the Background heading
  7. Click the white block in the bottom right corner of the color options
  8. Click Update
  9. Click Save and Finish
