When running the Cash Requirements report, for example, invoices on Hold may still be included. It's possible to create a query to use as a filter and remove these from the report.
1. Create a new Invoice Query through Query > New 2. On the Criteria tab: Invoice > Hold Payment > Operator of Equals, Value of No 3. Select File > Save As and name the Query 4. Close the Query
To use it in the report: 1. In Reports > Invoice Report > Open a saved or create a new Cash Requirements report 2. Select any desired options on the General tab 3. On the filters tab, select Invoices > All and change it to Selected 4. Mark the Query option at the top 5. Search for the saved query using the binoculars 6. Click ok to select the query 7. Preview the report
