Error: Restrictions. The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. - When working in Donor Acknowledgement Letters

Error appears when attempting to save a letter created through the Mail Module in The Raiser's Edge. 
When working with any documents using the Word Merge Wizard, do the following to save the document:
  1. Go to Add-Ins tab and select "Save and return to RE7"
When saving using Microsoft Word's File > Save, the file does not get saved to the Raiser's Edge and can possibly give you an error.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open The Raiser's Edge
  2. Navigate to Mail > Donor Acknowledgement Letters
  3. Create a new letter 
  4. Select "Send to Word merge wizard" 
  5. Once the Word document opens, make edits and save using File > Save
  6. Error appears
