Online submissions are going through when CAPTCHA is being skipped

If your DIY form has CAPTCHA, normally you are required to fill out an acceptable representation of the image before your submission is processed. Currently, the CAPTCHA section is not requiring that users fill in anything and it is not validating incorrect submissions. This is affecting any DIY form that uses CAPTCHA.

Please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open a link to a DIY form, that has CAPTCHA at the bottom, in a browser.
2. Do a test by filling out all the information on the form except for the CAPTCHA information.
3. Click Submit.
4. You will get a confirmation page that it went through and then you will get the email that it did. Information is also added to the database.
