Error: Oops! Unfortunately an error occurred while comparing your eTapestry and Constant Contact data that prevented us from completing your request- when scheduling the Database Comparison

When comparing email addresses in eTapestry and Constant Contact we sometimes receive an error message that reads "Error: Oops! Unfortunately an error occurred while comparing your eTapestry and Constant Contact data that prevented us from completing your request." If we receive this error after attempting a comparison, we need to ensure that the integration between the two products is set up properly.
Verify that the Constant Contact credentials are correct; these are the credentials you use to log in to https://login.constantcontact.com/login/ 
  1. Click Communications
  2. Click Manage Preferences
  3. Ensure that the Enabled check box is marked
  4. Verify the Username
  5. Enter your Constant Contact password in the Password field
  6. Click Save

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click Communications
  2. Click Database Comparison below the Constant Contact heading
  3. In the Notification Email field, enter the email address where you want to receive notification of the comparison
  4. Click Schedule for Off-Hours to schedule the comparison
The comparison is a resource-intensive process, so the comparison automatically runs during off-hours, and this process cannot be scheduled on a recurring basis. However, instead of receiving a notice that the database comparison is complete, we receive an error email indicating that the database comparison failed.
