I receive error AP-20051 when trying to upload an image to my photo carousel

If you receive error AP-20051 when try to upload an image to your photo carousel - the system is responding by throwing an error stating: Unknown file format,File format is not recognized. Check with support
We have found this error to be thrown when files are uploaded without the exact case-sensitive extension .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .gif

If you are trying to upload a file which is named something like photo.jPg or picture.JPEG, please rename the file with all lower case characters in the extension. You will be able to upload your photo at that time. 

Please note this has been raised as an issue with our programmers, and will be resolved in a future release of AngelPoints.
