An account name may need to be changed after the account has been created for many reasons. A donor could get married or divorced, or the account name may have been entered in incorrectly and needs to be corrected.
1. Navigate to the account 2. Click Account Settings 3. Under Name and Recognition, make the appropriate changes 4. Click Save And
Please note that name changes will not automatically update salutations. If updates are needed, go to the Personas section and update those manually.
